We have a batch-type heat treatment plant consisting of hardening and tempering furnaces. The furnaces are capable of accommodating jobs up to 2 meters long, enabling us to manufacture bolts and anchor bolts of difficult-to-obtain grades, such as ISO Gr 10.9/12.9, ASTM A354 Gr BD, and ASTM A490M Gr 10.9, among others. A digital controller accurately controls, monitors, and records the temperature profile, maintaining precise temperature control in the furnace, which is critical for achieving optimal heat treatment results.
