Stud Bolts are externally threaded fasteners without a head, used with 2 nuts on either side, substituting a usual "bolt & nut" assembly. Stud bolts are prominently used in flange connections. Depending upon their design and threading patterns, there are different types of stud bolts as below.
SpecificationComplete series of studs as per ASTM 193/M and nuts as per A194/M Series, Double Ended studs and as per customer drawing and specification.
Material Grade :Gr B7, B7M, B8 CL 1/ 2, B8M CL 1 /2 etc.
Size Range : M10 to M100 in length of up to 12 feet long.
Finish : Self colour, Black, Zinc plated, Hot Dip Galvanized, PTFE etc as per various international standards.
